These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CALL-IT: OutcomeEngine and related services (the “Platform”), operated by AlêBuca Global Connect, Inc. (“AlêBuca,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old — and at least 21 where required by law, by our licensing, or by CALL-IT — and of legal age to participate where you live. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. We may require identity and age verification at any time, and may restrict or refuse access where participation is not permitted.
CALL-IT is a live-outcome, crowd-driven platform. A member makes a CALL on a real, publicly broadcast outcome; another member may Challenge it; and other members (“Backers”) contribute to a shared pool behind the side they believe in. When the live outcome is verified, the pool is settled by the Platform’s pari-mutuel math among the winning side. CALL-IT also offers traditional pari-mutuel wagering on horse and car racing.
The House does not set odds and does not take a position against you. CALL-IT facilitates the pool and applies transparent, published fees; it does not wager against its members.
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person. You may not sell, share, or transfer your account.
To use certain features, and before any payout of winnings, you may be required to complete identity, age, and eligibility verification through our third-party providers. We may hold, limit, or reverse activity pending verification, and may decline service where verification cannot be completed.
Value you upload to your Billfold is closed-loop: it may be used to participate on the Platform, or spent, gifted, or tipped within the Platform, but uploaded value is not redeemable for cash and cannot be withdrawn to a bank. Uploaded value is not a deposit, is not held in trust or insured as a bank account, and earns no interest.
Winnings are tracked separately from uploaded value. Only verified winnings may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to completed KYC, applicable law, and our licensed payout process. All settlement is final and irreversible; there are no chargebacks.
We charge transparent, published fees, which may include an upload fee, a settlement cut on CALLs, a CALL-Room fee, and a takeout on racing pools. Current fees are shown within the Platform and may change with notice as permitted by law.
Outcomes are based on real, live, publicly broadcast events. Once a CALL Room or racing pool locks, entries are final and cannot be changed or cancelled by you. Settlement is determined solely by the verified real-world outcome and the Platform’s published math. We do not guarantee any winnings, and you may lose the value you put in play.
Participation involves the risk of losing the value you put in play. CALL-IT is entertainment, not an investment or a source of income. Play responsibly and only with value you can afford to lose.
We support responsible participation, including the ability to set limits and to request self-exclusion. If you believe you may have a problem, stop participating and contact us at info@alebuca.com for available options and resources.
You agree not to: use the Platform where it is illegal; provide false information or evade verification; hold more than one account; collude, manipulate outcomes or pools, or exploit bugs; use bots, scripts, or automated means; engage in fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity; or harass, abuse, or harm other members. Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture, and reporting to authorities.
CALL-IT, OutcomeEngine, AlêBuca Global Connect, and the Platform’s content, design, and marks are owned by AlêBuca or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Platform relies on third parties for payments, identity verification, data feeds, and hosting. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
We may suspend, limit, or close your account, and withhold or reverse activity, if we believe you have violated these Terms or the law, or to comply with our obligations. Where lawful and appropriate, eligible balances will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulation.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Broadcasts and data feeds may contain errors or delays; the verified real-world outcome governs settlement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlêBuca will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlêBuca and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local law applies to you. Before bringing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at info@alebuca.com so we can try to resolve it directly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and where required, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept them.
